Principle:
According to ASTM B311 and B328; MPIF Standard 42、57； JIS Z2505、Z2506； GB/T5163 adopts the Archimedes principle buoyancy method and directly reads the measured values.
Function:
Mode 1: It can directly read the oil content of raw and sintered oil containing bearings.
Mode 2: It can measure the density and volume of injection molded products.
Mode 3: It can directly read the bulk density, apparent porosity, wet density, and volume of structural components.
Adopting a large water tank design to reduce the error caused by the buoyancy of the suspension line. The size of the sink is 50X100X90mm, and JT-1200QN can customize a suitable sink according to the length of the sample.
